THE ART TRAIN DEPOT RENTAL INFORMATION
The Art Train Depot is a community building and a private party or wedding hosted here means the renter is responsible for all their own catering, set up and take down of tables, chairs, and/or stage and general courtesy cleaning including taking the trash out to the dumpsters, cleaning up any cups left out or cigarette butts and so forth. Of course we have a cleaner come in and do the deep cleaning, mopping the floor, etc. A renter's security deposit will not be returned in full if our cleaners have to spend lots of extra time picking up broken glass, trash left around the depot, etc.
A private party evening rental is $495. This includes a $125 cleaning fee (we usually have to ask our cleaner to come in extra on a week there is a party or wedding). This allows renters to access the Depot Baggage Room around 4pm, set up and use the Depot Baggage Room through the evening.
An all day rental is $975, and also includes the $125 cleaning fee. This allows you to have the Depot the entire day, however, if you need the Depot into the evening as well, you will need to pay both fees.
The Baggage Room includes a kitchen you can use with an oven, coolers upon request (you supply the ice). The Baggage Room alone will seat 125 people, if you have more than this in a sit down dinner situation, you would also want to rent the front gallery as well for an additional $250.
For rental of either or both spaces you will also need to pay an additional Damage Deposit of $150. This Damage Deposit also includes your key deposit. This deposit is returned or check torn up within a week after rental as long as there is no permanent damage, the key is returned and *a courtesy cleaning is completed post your event before the next users access the building.

• 75 Folding Chairs and 100 grey molded chairs
• 4 five foot rectangular tables (seats 6-8 people)
• 1 six foot rectangular table (seats 6-8 people)
• 2 ten foot rectangular tables (10-12 people)
• 5 five foot round tables (8-10 people)
• 2 four foot round tables (4-6 people)
• wooden bar (Baggage Room) granite bar and 4 stools (front gallery only)
• projection screen (must request)
• 4 coolers
• Wireless Internet
• sound system connects to ipod, etc. and mounted speakers/sound system
• disco ball
• Rustic and small kitchen Area, Stove, Fridge, Sink and Microwave
If you need table linens, there is an additional $100 cleaning fee regardless of the amount of linens you use. If you ask to clean them yourself you will need to have them returned back to us the same way professional cleaners process the tablecloths: using bleach, rapping cloths in plastic and noting the table cloth size written across the plastic.

You need to leave a 50% deposit to hold a date on the calendar. The remaining balance must be paid a week prior to your event. Cancellation policy – if we can fill the date we will return your deposit, however, we fill dates on the calendar by people coming to us not us to them.
